This album is, without a doubt, Lupe's best. This is the coming-of-age of his music career; F&L and The Cool being the early, bright-eyed days, Lasers and F&L2 trying too hard to be cool, but really just looking for direction, and this one finally finding full maturity. This is an incredible record, completely different in feel and execution than anything he's done before, and anything I ever expected from him.



FCY said it: This sets the bar for hip hop in 2015 high. There are some big records coming out, including Ghostface + BADBADNOTGOOD, DoomStarks, Kanye, Kendrick and maybe even RTJ3, but this is the pacesetter. This and Joey Bada$$ have made my headphones happy.

i love how in certain parts in the album where its smooth and jazzy. As if, i'm in a peaceful world through Lupe's storytelling. This and B4.Da.$$ are my favorites so far.

Easily his best album and I haven't even analyzed all the lyrics completely yet. Definitely AOTY material. The mathematical science knowledge needed to understand Dots and Lines is brilliant. Definitely will go over people's heads.

Yeah there's definitely some rap albums to come this year that are likely enough to be even better than this, but Kanye definitely isn't one of them haha

A bit worried Kendrick's new one isn't gonna be all that impressive too to be honest

Idk, Kendrick hasn't has a bad feature so far.

And I and untitled were dope tracks( I hear

that they aren't making the album though).



But as far as lyrics go, I doubt anybody will

surpass this album.

I don't feel like i could fit in well to an overall solid Kendrick album so if it's not gonna be included I'll be happy

Who cares about whats coming out in the future 'is better'. This album is awesome after only 1 listen, should give it more credit imo.

Also, there's something going around that Lupe also intended the album to be listened to backwards.

Chopper and Deliver are still my personal favs. Two of the most straightforward tracks but just amazing all the same. Deliver is like some kind of hood tragicomedy tune
