don't agree but it's still a solid argument, I've heard a lot of people say that recently

It's a toss up between the two for me, I love it when Manson gets this reflective- it feels really genuine and human

I still think the trinity (AS, MA and HW) are by far his best albums but this isn’t bad. I actually slightly prefer Heaven UD.

I meant "best/coolest" strictly with the album cover, Holy Wood is easily Manson's best album

Holy Wood was my first Manson album and I love it to fucking death, but saying it has no filler? 19 tracks, 68 minutes.

And considering it’s a 19 track concept album that’s no easy achievement

Man coming back to this album now.... What a killer, if it weren't for 2/3 tracks I'd bump my score

This album is so close to perfection. So proud of Brian, didn't think he still had it in him.

I'm surprised the average is so low, its quite the evolution in terms of sound.

Not trying to convice anyone its better than his older stuff (I'm not sure myself, HW and MA are still classics in my book) but damn. I wish they'd come back to this sound in the future
