This sounds so painfully generic it makes their first two albums feel refreshing.

I'll probably hate-listen to this but after SR&R I'm expecting nothing good...has anything good come out this year?

Sorry man, but I'm not here to rate a band's marketing strategies, I'm here to rate the quality of a band's album, and at least half of your review is dedicated to irrelevant stuff such as the band's background story and how commercially succesful they are. I think you're just avoiding from getting to deep into the album, because in the end you and I both know it's just another crappy average album by one of the biggest sellout acts of the past decade.

Dude not criticising your fanboyism BUT you don't give any reasoned indication as to why this album is that good in the end, plz give us some more in depth analysis
