Although saying that, the end to Greyman is pretty neat; I'll keep giving the album a few more spins, it could be a grower

I really appreciate the feedback on this. I'm considering pulling a Kveldssanger for my next album, and so far the consensus seems to be that the ambient/acoustic pieces are better than the metal ones so that appears to be a good idea.

I'm sure he wouldn't consider doing it if he didn't think it was a decent idea either way.

@OvDeath, I totally agree with that. I'm just thinking of exploring that direction in particular
next and the praise for Uisge Dhe is encouraging.

Couldn't agree with OvDeath more, it's impossible to please everyone anyway so you may as well please yourself if no one else!

"I said to myself 'This is all nonsense...'" Interesting narrative inclusion and a pleasant surprise. The production is still a little weak on this album, especially the drums. But other than that, it's great musicianship.

Might wanna make it known that it is no longer free, but name your price of $5 USD or more.

Thanks Volt! And holy crap, it changed automatically after 200 free downloads. Fixing that now.

The power metal description immediately turned me off of this. Can't stand that type of prog. I'll give it a shot, though.

This is a long way from Symphony X, if that's the impression the tag gave you. The power metal description is really based on the 2013 album. I'm all ears if you have a more fitting description.

the production here is actually abysmal. Still it's a super cool concept and it's well executed; shame the drums sound like paper.
