Well good news for you because Ware is probably gonna be on the next Mode of Blu Ray since Mode of Uroboros was the next Mode tour after Kisou, and yes it's a stunning song. :]

I'm so excited for that. I know it's an incredibly hard song to pull off live (the ending is crazy emotional but also strenuous as hell) but it's just such an incredible song. It's what really got me to take note of Diru in the first place

He probably won't pull it off well, but I really, really want to see it live once more no matter what.

Yeah definitely, plus you got the 2 Uroboros Budokan performances of it (especially Day 2). Also I need to hear Namamekashiki live again, almost as good as Ware.

Day 2 Ware is easily a top 10 live moment for me.

I'll have to check it out again. I saw one and it wasn't the best performance but hearing the song live was still amazing to watch. I'll have to checkout vids for Namamekashiki!

The Day 1 performance of Ware was lovely (with the background especially) but he botches the half way point pretty hard. Day 2 he finally did that part justice which was nice to see.

Tour 08 is the best place to go for Marrow material. Nearly every song from the album is from it and it's an awesome show.

I'll have to check that out. I just decided to checkout Withering since my appreciation for this band seems to have increased tremendously in the past couple of days. So far I'm not disappointed.

Mode of WTD should be rad whenever they'll announce it. We've had some nice renditions of songs from the album in various 2008+ lives, like "dead tree" from DSSkan/Ghoul/Urokan, "C" and "Kodoku..." from DSSkan, "Kodou" from AQA Vol 2, "Merciless Cult" from AQA Vol 1, "Machiavellism" from In Situ, "Higeki..." from Tour08, "Saku" from DSSkan/Archekan and "The Final" in general.

God they SUCKED when they were an average visual key band.

I knew them because of an anime magazine, back in the day.

Instead, most otakus glorifies either Asian kung-fu generation or l'arc en ciel but no dir en grey.

Not really, their first album rules. Otakus may glorify those two cuz they had anime openings.

Gauze is dope. And tbh Asian Kung Fu is pretty cool too. I get you may not dig them, but they're doing pop punk in a more interesting manner than most pop punk bands.

Sidebar, is Sukekiyo worth the listen?

Yes! Especially the live discs, going beyond studio versions easily, plus having gorgeous visuals.

Persuasio and Mutans are 2 essential live shows, the former being in my top 5 shows.
