Great review. This album is one of my favorite live albums. I definitely am a huge fan of their speed/Thrash metal days.

Thanks man, glad to see lots of fans of their speed/thrash days.

Part of the reason I like the symphonic era and especially the recent releases is because of the warmer production, especially when listening to a physical copy on a good sound system. Newer stuff thumps man lol.

That's not to say that I don't care for the rawer production of the earlier material though.

I must have missed your review yesterday man, nice work once again! I love Blind Guardian and I'll give it a try although I am not into thrash so much.

Thanks deslad, I appreciate it. No worries about the thrash. It's more about speed metal, thrash is just an influence.

Great live album; you were right, it was more speed metal at some points rather than thrash.

Nice, glad you enjoyed it. Been jamming Live the last few days and I'm not sure yet which one I prefer.

Killer live album with perfectly decent sound too. Only gripe is that it's almost 100% non-stop thrashiness but that's not necessarily always a problem. Just a shame to not have a couple softer pauses
