Thanks man. Yeah same here! It's 13 months ago that Last Patrol was released but it feels much more recently. Time flies dude...

Mindless Ones '68 has been such an addictive jam this week. Anyone know any albums similar to that one track?

hmmm, not an easy answer because this is created today with a view of how it would sound if it was performed in 1968. Maybe try something like,

Grand Funk Railroad - Grand Funk

Janis Joplin - I Got Dem Ol' Kozmic Blues Again Mama!

MC5 - Kick Out the Jams

Ten Years After - Ssssh

Otherwise, try a few of the so called rock revival bands such as The Blues Pills, Graveyard, Kadavar or even Hellacopters and Spiritual Beggars.

Thanks a bunch man. Will bookmark all of those.

Also, this album is dope. A lot better than Last Patrol imho, which kind of lacked a sense of character to make it stand out as anything more than "it's a monster magnet album".

Don't mention it man.

I like both this one and Last Patrol for what they are but for some reason I jam Last Patrol more often even though I do love the vibe of this one. Nevertheless, both albums are significant improvements compared to the band's 2004-10 work, for me.

Oh, no doubt.

I tried listening to 4-Way Diablo a few days ago and had to switch it off halfway through because of how bone-headed and lifeless the songwriting was. Mastermind doesn't fare much better, and Monolithic is okay at best.
