'Devil In I' has grown on me more than any other track, but there's not a great deal to revisit on this one.
Corey's vocals are really inconsistent- He'll start an Iowa-esque growl but then trail off with an "errrhhhhhhhhh" like he's trying too hard.
Hard to explain, but it's most prevalent on 'Sarcastrophe' (dat name....) and 'The Negative One'.
'Killpop' is horrible, and I'm surprised at the love its been getting.
"Not until she loves me (she loves me)".

Parts of some songs are really good, like the verses and outros on killpop and the devil inside, and some of the riffs in lech and sarcastrophe. It's too bad that at least some of the songs couldn't be wholly satisfying or this would be an easy 3.5

There really isn't much depth to the album. For a band with 9 members, the music is pretty straight forward.

I enjoyed pretty much everything after Lech at least a little bit.. If Rain Is What You Want was actually a pretty great closer.

Album has great moments but they seriously needed to trim the fat here

That's certainly saying a lot. Slipknot's always had the issue of making their albums (bearing the demo) a bit more than a hour. I don't mind it much with this or their self-titled debut, though...

I mean, their other albums are relatively easy to sit through though. The length is basically justified. It doesn't feel that way on here.
