Just looked it up, you're right. His name is Kristian Valbo, the drummer of Obliteration, he did the artwork to their last 2 records, this one and a few other things.

I see what you're saying, however I mostly see this as old school worship judging form what I've heard before. then again I'm faaaaaaaaar from an expert in the field of dm and I'll rest my case. either way, this album rules my domains with feudal lore.
