Roadhouse Blues

I honestly don't really love Roadhouse Blues. It seems kind of run of the mill for them, especially the verses.

Cmon dude. That riff, when Jim hollers, the old magic is there by the bucket load. Makes me want to grow me hair, put flowers round me neck, jump in a VW camper and hit the road.

Magic indeed. And that harmonica, can't have the blues without a harmonica.

I was thinking about it the other day when listening to The Kinks. Theres something about the 60s artists, the excitement is palpable. There really is a 'magic' in the air. Either that or im schizophrenic.

What an album. Haven't heard this in a decade, but listening again is like returning to good friends.
There's something about the atmosphere here that is *looks up* magic.
