incredibly dreadful review [2]. It is even worse than his previous two, which are very ridiculous.

I'm all for different opinions, especially on this site where the public opinion varies so little. But damn this review is a fucking joke lol.

This review was like shoving my hand into a garbage disposal and turning it on. Skillet sucks and very few alt bands touch the level of perfection this album does. The only band I can think of that relate to Dinosaur Jr. is Sonic Youth with Daydream Nation and Sister which could be seen as their version of You're Living All Over Me and Bug.

Necroposting but I don't give a shit because I listened to this tonight and it's definitely a grower, the songs aren't quite memorable enough for it to hit quite as hard as it could've, but "Little Fury Things," "Kracked," "Sludgefeast," "Raisans," and "In the Jar" are the standouts here imo. As for this review, I don't know how you thought it was a good idea to continue repeating comparisons of a band that hadn't even started playing during the time Dino Jr released this? Or how the solo on Kracked sounds "lame" even though you fail to list any specific reason as to why; it carries the weight of the song perfectly.

Artuma, Counting Crows still started after these guys released this record, not the other way around.
