I guess I never quite realized this but The Contortionist are easily one of the top best prog metal bands of the decade, especially cause of Language. Great timing for their existence too for basically carrying on the way Cynic should have after Traced in Air, and standing out from all the djent and dxc shit that's dominated the genre over that time as well.
