Bit of a pet hate of mine but it always sends up red flags when people start sentences with "and", let alone staffers.
you act as if its not perfectly acceptable to do in writing

people write in different ways. you dont like starting sentences with conjunctions, fine, don't do it. anyone else can
some people put quotes around song titles, some people italicize them, some dont do either. it's ultimately up to the writer
neither are valid criticisms

Well yeah but you could point at an awful review with no punctuation or capitalisation and try and justify it by saying "people write in different ways" but that's not a valid criticism of a criticism unfortunately
