Good music dude, check it. Review for this & the first one are both a good read. Plus, all 3 albums WERE available for a nominal fee from Bandcamp, no idea if that's still the case mind.

i only heard the last album and this was close to what i felt:
"Imagine Gojira, Mastodon and Napalm Death being eaten alive by a giant mollusc, and you’re close."
by the way...that "sludge metal" tag on this band is wrong all arround :P

Hey dude, do you know how to suggest tags? Took me ages to realise it was a feature. I just voted for Death/Black Metal, hopefully we can eventually relegate the Sludge tag.

Yes i did that allready, i even suggested progressive and psychadelich tag! i just want the sludge metal out of there...ahah
or in this case they could invent a new tag: Slugdge Metal
(:

Nah there's def some sludge in this band. Maybe moreso in the earlier stuff but yeah.
New album is one of the best so far this year for sure though.

yeah i figured that prob they have some sludge in their previous works, but at least in this last one there's no signs of it...or very few to put them in that genre...also in the interview demon posted here they say something like:
“We were up one night laughing about sludge bands named after animals,” reminisces Matt, “and how ‘slug’ is the perfect one, but no one had used it!” interjects Kev. “We don’t even play anything like sludge metal,” Matt laughs.

@Hawks: it's the first tag though, even if there are tiny bits of it in their sound it shouldn't be the prominent tag as it's misleading. Also, as Deftone says, even the band themselves don't see the sludge element.
