They are quite something, it's amazing really. You'd think the novelty of slug-based lyrics would wear off fast, but it's like they've created a whole world with them.

Yeah it's awesome. People go all crazy for Summoning and Caladan Brood as far as atmospheric black metal goes, but Spectral Lore has the kinda sound I love.
Speaking of atmosphere, haven't heard too many sludgy albums that lay down a theme and feel as thick as this one does.
