Compelling lyrics?! Psh, they seem pretty damn stupid to me. This is one of Slough Feg's weakest albums, but not quite as weak as their s/t one. This one has it's moments but overall it's very overrated. Twilight of the Idols was better.

Good review. Sorry for the necro*, but I have a minor nit-pick: Traveller isn't defunct. Its original publisher, Game Designers Workshop has closed its doors, but Traveller remains one of those classic tabletop RPGs that has endured in some form or another for almost the entire life of the RPG industry, from GDW, to Steve Jackson Games (through their GURPS RPG), and now at Mongoose Games.
