Yeah Palace is top 5. Zelda might sneak somewhere in there, too.

Sylvia is my easy favorite. Such an explosive chorus, and that heavenly outro. Kettering and Wake are two other favorites from Hospice.

“Don’t ever let anyone tell you you deserve that....”

I talk shit on Hospice but tbh Epilogue is their best song lol

I'd put Wake up there too

Zelda is nice but Drift Dive is a top 5 tune for me

1. Epilogue
2. No Widows
3. Parade
4. Wake
5. Drift Dive

It sounds like something from the DKC2 soundtrack which always makes me giddy lol
The lyrics and melodies are just cherry on top

Cmon you gotta at least love Sylvia. I could understand feeling some of the other deeper cuts are less effective, but Sylvia is Hospice at its best. The dynamic between the subtle verses and explosive choruses is amazing.

Noler I find Sylvia a little bit annoying but it's still a very good song!

Also yeah Row that would be pretty awesome, would love to see them add some electronic elements back into the mix

It baffles me to say Hospice is overrated, and then say Epilogue is their best song, when much of Epilogue’s value comes from its context as the album’s closer.

This oddly reminds me of John Mayer’s Continuum, and that is a good thing. The guitar mostly.

Like the riffage at the beginning and throughout Intruders, total Mayer vibes.

on the morning that we're both 19 and newly on our own

and all we know is eachother and invisible homes

we find two empty seats in the back of a car in an empty parking lot

where all our bridges are abandoned and the cops have forgot

The Antlers are one of my favorite bands that I always forget are one of my favorite bands. I don’t think of them often, but nothing engages me on the level they do when I listen to them. Palace will always be one of my favorite songs

Each of the singles they’ve released have been beautiful. So sparse yet warm
