If I hadn't heard the previous 3 albums, I'd think this was great. But compared to Psychedelonaut, Noche del Chupacabra and Black Code, this is just ordinary. Sounds like they just reworked some of their earlier songs. As the reviewer said, they need to expand their sound palette, maybe some acoustic bits.

Man, what a treat. I'd only heard a few of their songs before and it didn't really click with me. But I saw them play their first Canadian show a few days ago in Calgary and they killed it. I think they're better live than in studio. Stump can play the guitar. Man he was passionate. Very cool to watch.

would it still slap if it didn't have the artwork?

I thought the previous record was a bit of a snoozer but I can't say no to a cool art for my year end list

The first song is cool. Will add to my 2022 reminders
