Youpe, Madvillainy is fantastic. Still, there are stale and boring hip-hop albums that contain short tracks actually. ScHoolboy Q, for example. Or Childish Gambino.

This and RtJ2 are probably contenders for rap aoty. For me anyway. But that's not saying much. This has been a pretty stale year for hip hop.
