idk this is the most "album-y" autechre album, if that makes sense. it's structured a lot like some of my favorite rock albums, right down to the ten minute track that ties everything together perfectly. On Converge's Jane Doe, the title track/closer wraps up the album perfectly. On Unwound's Leaves Turn Inside You, you have Below the Salt. on HaNL's Deathconsciousness, you have Earthmover.
so yeah drane2 is essentially just as transcendent as all of those and will prob always be my fav track from this
