pretty sure this is gonna grow to about a 4.5 for me. really original, interesting and creative music. every song feels very important to the entire experience of the album while retaining diverse structures and sounds between songs.



beginning of "pleasant heart" sounds like a groove Battles would write.

also, the title track is soty material in my book. lyrics are amazing.

i don't think i agree with "original" so much but other than that i am very much on the same page.

these guys definitely take a lot of influence from The Pop Group. digging it so far
