Yeah I never got the hate/low ratings for this. At times, it's like Agalloch at their most sludgy-ish and post-metal (Birth and Death + Plateau of the Ages) and other times it's almost close to straight up melodeath (The Astral Dialogue). All within this whole cosmic atmosphere that is retained throughout the record
