Their early releases (EP, demo, and first full length) were their best work. Monument had a few good songs on it, but At Heart and Rise of the Lion weren't as good.

I really dug Apologies Are For the Weak, but I lost all hope in these guys after At Heart. This album just confirmed my feelings, not to mention that is some terrible fucking album art.

"Plus I had a cripple fight with a kid in a wheelchair by the bar. I was in a legit cripple fight, how many of you neck beards can say dat?"

Either you're just incredibly badass or you're skele.

Excellent review! Judging from echoes, this has to be a pile of garbage.

As for stage diving, I mostly partake when I'm trying to leave a show and don't feel like pushing my way out through the crowd. I fucking hate when people lead with their feet and you take a judo kick to the dome.

Im no badass but I sure as hell aint no skele. Im just really aggressive, confrontational, alcoholic who's just a shit magnet. Plus the Toronto metal scene is scummy as fuck. Btw he wasn't a paraplegic or anything just a kid with a broken leg in a wheelchair.

RIP.

Worst show injury I've seen is when Josh from The Chariot threw a floor tom into the crowd right after their last song. Hit some kid directly in the face, The kid was a bloody mess but happy to receive a free t-shirt before getting rushed to the hospital.

This was one of the last stops of the Haste The Day farewell tour and some security jabronie threw me down a staircase because I stagedove myself into an oblivion and started to get dizzy and accidently knocked over their guitarists mic stand. Definitely deserved that shit.

I don't mind this album, Apologies is still their best in my opinion, mainly because Ryan Neff's vocals are borderline monotone and annoying

King Conquer is pretty cool. The old vocalist was a beast and plus I smoked weed with them one time.
