The guitar wankery completely kills many of these songs. And Michael Starr's vocals are completely weak and generic.

Well their music is nothing different from the usual hair metal style so I guess they are kinda generic in that sense but that doesn't mean the music isn't good. I don't see how you can't find the music fun, catchy or whatever unless you hate hair metal (which you do so this is kind of a pointless discussion lol).
