Gazpacho most certainly discussed the album, and its meaning. www.kscopemusic.com/artists/gazpacho/. All apologies will be accepted if you are contrite, and if you are willing to not write dumb shit.

Don't worry Mongi I'm parodying a certain individual....

@Grift Well you've just proved yourself wrong, on that page the manuscript had the story you describe, while the band simply interpreted the manuscript into the album so it's not going to match it perfectly and the interpretation will be open for the listener themselves to interpret

WHAT! You 5'd the album what the hell is your interpretation? There is no way to escape what the album is speaking to. Like a book made into a movie. What is "The Hunger Games" movie about? Whatever the hell the book is about!

Dude, music lyrics are far more abstract than a book and it's also about the musical content cos that acts as the context. You just can't compare lyrics of music to a book

Well, shit just got real!

@JS I've been meaning to try that actually. In the mean time, I wanna get more into Anathema. Loving them so far!

I kinda had you down as a massive Anathema fan already man, didn't realise you were just getting into them. Yeah there's a lot of similarity actually, and both We're Here Because We're Here and Night are 5's in my book

Mongi, I definitely wouldn't let this album dissuade you from trying out their other records. This is by far the most difficult album they have put out. Night in particular is amazing.

It hasn't, it just never really occurred to me to try their other stuff. I was actually gonna try Night at one point but I forget why that didn't happen.

Judgement has a special atmosphere only a couple albums seem to be able to create. Funnily enough, Night is one of those albums for me

Yea, Judgement has that certain something I look for in album's. 5 worthy albums I mean. There's lots of emotional weight and depth to their music. Hopefully I feel the same way about Night when I try it.

And JS no, just Judgement so far.
