"Wait...someone who actually likes Storm the Gates of Hell? I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE :D"
That has always been my favorite from them by a long shot.

STGoH has the title track, Carry Me Down, and Sixteen.
In other words, it's a great album.

Album Rating: 4.5
Sixteen is probably one of the best songs that DH has ever done.
|
| |
Pretty cool track. I think Fading Away is still my favorite though.

Just got the deluxe edition of this...man it's a fucking book.

Great album. After quite a few spins I have to say the song that sticks out most to me most is Hell
Don't Need Me. Really dug that song. And yeah, Death was such a good opener, punched your right in the
dick and got you ready for more dick punching.
Although I feel like this album is missing that one sweet ass ballad like Dead Flowers or Carry Me
Down.

| |
Yeah this is damn good. Somewhere between 3.5 and 4
|
| |
You just jinxed it!

Decided I might have been way too hard on this based off my one listen, going through again and enjoying it a bit, definitely not the 2 I originally rated it. I'll give it a solid 5 or so spins before I rate again.

So.....this is actually pretty good. gj Ryan Clark

Great album

great album. What I'm Not has a sick chorus, best track for sure. Still nothing on this is as good as This I Know
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.5
This I Know was good, but not the best really. Probably one of the weaker tracks on TD
|
| |
"Why did you rate it a 2 in the first place?"
Honestly I was only half listening on my first run through, I was a bit distracted by other stuff, the song that I ended up hearing the most of was Cross To Bear which is easily, imo, the weakest track on the album.

Don't know why, but that Gasoline chorus makes me wanna do a frontflip.
