Powerman 5000 shall always have my respect because I grew up on their song Drop The Bombshell lol
No waaaaaaaaay fti, I've even thought about it before I even heard this album. If you strip away the lead guitar from PtH you are literally left with the same power chord rhythms every time. And the drums and bass are easily beaten by this.
Man I've been waiting for an album like this for quite a while. These days it's all juns and djent. I was hoping for the new PtH album to fill that gap but not gonna lie, it kinda sucks now...But yeah, you're definitely right about me probably not liking those other two albums haha

They're a lot more influenced by ska than reggae as is the case with Skindred. They definitely rip, though. Not as technical as this is, but just as fun.

But you know how super tech bands like this pretty much release the same album every single time? I was just kinda surprised to realize that their album before this didn't really move me all that much.
