the emotional solo perfectly demonstrating Schuldiner's versatility as a guitar player
Schuldiner's solos are in Phrygian mode 99% of the time. Not really versatile.
"Voice of the Soul" is very emotional and has atmosphere that no other Death song does, with the fact that it is instrumental making it even better.
Boring and dull instrumental with barely any emotion.
album and Death are not that great, sorry. Spirit Crusher and Flesh are good, tho.

But the album is so boring. A lot of the album feels underdeveloped, which would make sense because it's the debut record but I don't understand all the praise. I think Leprosy is way better in terms of older Death

leprosy is definitely the better album,still think u need to jam sbg more...its a huge grower used to think its lowest death album but now i love it alot
