I don't get why you like this. Other bands like this do it so much better.

Yeah but I don't understand how you find this so entertaining or why you think he's a good vocalist (he's a good singer I'll give him that). And honestly the lyrics are soooooo terrible it kills whatever catchiness the band has. The production is awful too. I'm not hating haha just trying to understand!

Saw these guys live. Surprisingly, pretty good. Wellfare's vocals were still on point on the LAST show of the tour.

Everyone can say what they want, they sell music, they have sold out concerts, and people can't get enough of them.

Doesn't mean they're necessarily a good band though. I've seen them live, they put on a great show. Trying to listen to their studio stuff for me is pretty torturous. Not because it's inherently bad; because there's so much better. Even in the generic ass metalcore genre

Polarizing Australian quintet Capture the Crown tweak their sound for the better on 5 track EP 'Live Life'. Without fully abandoning their derivative metalcore roots, the young band lean more towards post hardcore here, with a more consistent vocal approach from Jeffrey Wellfare especially noticeable. While performed with (relatively speaking) more subtlety, the usual synths, breakdowns & auto-tune still exist in abundance though, meaning there is still room for improvement. Even if the results are mixed, an interesting Aussie brand of gang chant adds an air of distinction to most tracks. Recommended Tracks: Rebearth, When I Get Home & Live Life.
