I want to love this but it's just falling a little bit short for me. 3.5 I guess? disappointing considering how much I loved The Fool. I'll give it time.

This feels like a grower for sure.
It's lacking the hooks that made The Fool so immediate, and I think it kind of suffers for that, but
it just sucks you into the groove and holds you there. Two very different albums, but I can dig it.

I've got mixed feelings about this. I didn't think much of The Fool but I've enjoyed this significantly more after three listens. I still feel there's something missing, though, and it's not growing on me as I anticipated.

Yeah both albums have wildly different atmospheres and styles, this doesn't have any really great standout songs like the fool does (undertow, baby, shadows) this is more of a complete album experience imo

At first I thought the artwork was like food coloring in water but of course it's many images of her imposed over each other. Great stuff.
