Maybe try Difference Engine - Breadmaker. It's heavier, but has kind of a similar vibe. The song Tsunami, for instance.

In that case try Sylvaine, her album Wistful is kinda close to early Alcest. Her last one is closer to Kodama. Definitely blackgaze and definitely female vox.
