production is crystal, it's just a bit thin and tinny

I don't know if you guys are just deaf or what

the crackle is mostly overbearing during the first part of the song with the waving guitars before the piano starts

even at low volumes it is horrendous

I'm skipping it every time now

No, only on Shelter and L'éveil des Muses

and I've acquired every single copy I could find and they all sounded like ass

As I said, Noctus hears it too and as far as production goes he's pretty much the most knowledgeable person on sput

I don't hear any type of crackling in those songs. And L'eveil des Muses is my fav song on here too so maybe if I listen hard enough I'd hear it but I have nom problem with it.

Oh wait I think I hear what you're talking about but it may be intentional or something. I just look past it obviously the production is one of my favorite aspects of this album actually.

Yeah, the production is very 'swish' and 'clean' which might suck if this was a black metal record but it isn't. For this type of music I think it just works, but clearly people disagree.

Of course, the general consensus is really divided. Everything about it just works and it's so

beautiful for me.

Yeah I respect that people don't find this as great as me if they have actual valid points.

Whatever you do don't go to the 'Opale' video youtube comments unless you find butthurt 'metalheads' hilarious though. Their arguments include 'Alcest sold out tho', 'enjoy your new female fans alcest, I'm out!' (because when girls like something it must suck right?) and 'neige has girl parts' (no seriously)

Lol goddamit I hate when people say it's gay to listen to beautiful music. I have no shame. And "sold out?" Do they even know what that means? What musicstream music lover would be caught dead listening to this lol I may go read some of those comments for a laugh yea
