"wait do people still listen to radio?"
I do when I want to listen to random stuff that I don't own or don't want to put any thought into a playlist.

I think most of us kind of lose the feeling of how especially amazing a song is after we’ve heard it thousands of times. Most of us in this thread have probably heard Tom Sawyer a gazillion times and probably aren’t really moved too much when we hear it anymore. Listening to Tom Sawyer, without distractions, through great headphones, closing your eyes, imagining hearing it for the first time; paying attention to each musician’s contribution, the lyrical content (which is still very current/applicable today), and that groove: This song is a monster!!!!

Tom Sawyer is a beast of a song! Well, the whole album in general is.
I have really good memories of buying the rush pack on Lego rock band and playing the heck out of Limelight with my little sister. Good times.

I remember being 11 years old and somehow having enough money to buy this record. I remember my mom in my bedroom asking me how I like album. Sunny times.

Great pick for being 11. I'm sure it rocked your world. I know it did for me at that age.

The drum fills in Tom Sawyer were life changing in their "starkness" and how they don't break the groove at all, I quite literally think daily of the little one around ~0:50.
Another one that gives me the same rush (ha) is this one by Simon Phillips: https://youtu.be/1e-OETK3fc0?t=110

Geddy Lee mentioned that he'd eventually like to tour his solo album from 2000, My Favourite Headache. I will be there when it happens.
