You're reviewing all my 5's

LOL, I know! I once thought: if I listen to all of Deviant's 5's, I'll have a good overview of electronic music. Turns out I love all of them.... and that several of them are really underrated around here.
Next: Parallel Universe or Form & Function! (maybe)

Okidoki! I was thinking of doing it some nights ago. I'll return to English for that one. Will try to do it in the next few weeks or so.

I have never shouted so much abuse at Google translate until today... I gave up trying to understand this seemingly imaginative review of yours! Nevertheless, excellente décision mon ami! As you know this is my favorite Underworld record, and always will be. If only classic electronica got more recognition on this site...
Banstyle/Sappy's Curry and Pearl's Girl FOREVER
Edit: I know you posted this like 4 months back but whatever lol been on hiatus. I stop by very occasionally

Hehehe, points for trying though! :-)
Cool to see you back!
Yes, Underworld are very much overlooked on this site. In my book they're one of the greatest dance acts along with The Chemical Brothers and Pet Shop Boys.
For me, dubnobass and Second Toughest are equals. The former works maybe a tad more cohesively (as an album) but the latter has breathtaking tracks to make up for it. Last Summer I must have jammed 'Juanita...' a dozen times on the highway when I took my dad's car.

" In my book they're one of the greatest dance acts along with Pet Shop Boys."
What book is that your reading son? Should be pulped.

Neverrrrrr!!!!!111
Nah, I'm a Pet Head that's all. Pet Shop Boys are not for everyone I reckon, some people find them too
cheesy/gay/whatever (I'm pretty much bi so maybe that helps hahaha) but you can't deny they have a
catalogue choke-full of dance classics: 'West End Girls', 'Opportunities', 'Suburbia', 'It's A Sin',
'Domino Dancing', 'Being Boring' etc etc etc.
Plus they've released an album last year and it's awesome. They've been rocking the dance scene since
1984. They're not devoid of missteps (of course) but the sheer originality, longevity and style of
their work deserve admiration I think.

Lol I truly admire your devotion but it's the same song since '84
They really are limp and 'being boring' if it was a pet you'd have it put down.
|
| |
What!? But it's one of their best songs! Tell me at least that 'West End Girls' is the coolest song out there - is it not?
Just kidding with ya ^_^
Eh, I respectfully disagree, but let's settle on that ;)

On Warp Records. I am really really psyched by this.

Nice! Two legends collide. Hope there's a lot of inspiration behind the music or else that'll be one
hell of an anti-climax lol

just listening to dubnobass and dirty epic is indeed epic
|

Oh yes it is :]
