Just finished listening, feels really short, though I skipped the 3 tracks already released since i've heard them so many times. Knee Socks was the only one that really stuck in my head, because that bridge is indeed super catchy. I Wanna Be Yours is great too. Never got bored through the album though, and it's really fun to jam along with. Definitely need to give it a few more dedicated listens. Would give it a 4.0 on first listen.
I've only heard this and Whatever You Say I Am... and love the disparity between the albums. What would be their best album in between to tie these two albums together?

I will disagree that this is their best album by a long way, but it is a good album. A few of the niggles you mention are what brings it down for me. The War Pigs one being the main one.

@Rowan I think for pure nostalgia factor it has to be the debut. Seeing them at a relatively small 3,000 capacity venue on the NME tour then standing outside queuing for tickets for about 10 hours to get tickets for their show at Wolverhampton Civic not long after. Was just pure excitement at that time. Although I have a lot of love for all the albums.
