My words have been blessed from above and can no longer be argued with. Coffins is pretty lit tho ngl, Library Subterranean gets me all sweaty in a good way

One of Toby's best. First half of Crown-in-the-Muck, the three middle songs, and the last three tracks are stunning.

Still shocked this didn't make the top 100 list. This thing rips.

Wish every track had more of the stuff that jazzy last track has going on though

I'm still geek'd over that guy that said "more like Hubardno"

It’s a good thing I’ve got time on my hands to digest this. Seems somewhat reductive to declare this ‘lengthy’ but there’s a lot of content here. It’s stunning in places, especially some of the more jazz-orientated passages - I’m just quite fatigued by the end (although the closer is a nice wake up call).

Honestly I could likely cut this album in half (not far off anyway), the first disc is mostly straight-up fire (except the closer), the 2nd is predominately a tiresome bore up until the closer.

Yeah so just get rid of everything from ‘The First Matter’ until the concluding section of ‘Passing the River’ and I guess it’s great. I love the more jazz-orientated segments, sometimes blending well with the post stuff. The ‘heavy’ BM bits sound like ass and there’s an excessive amount of wandering chamber music (or whatever it is).

How 'bout you make like an Italian and get down with some noodling?

The only songs I would say are tiring on here are The Black Stone and Floodgate. Everything else is pretty much perfection.
