my point being that if you dont eat a ridiculous sum of protein a day (like 300+g that would allow you to get protein poisoning) then there are minimal health drawbacks depending on your source

I never really cycled from 21-23when taking it, other than a week or two off once in a while Kre-Alkalyn didn't need to be cycled. Either way, don't take it anymore and I don't really need to. I'm content with protein powders and eating mostly healthy

yeah creatine isn't really that important

Album Rating: 1.0
Oh Yeah
| |
I guess it's fitting that this has become a fitness thread.
| |
Do you even hip thrust bro?
| |
its all about the deadlifts
| |
deadlifts, hip thrusts, (sometimes) squats, and lunges for legs, chinups, deadlifts and rows for back, neck presses, pushups, dips and crossovers for chest, curls, pullups, extensions and close grip presses for triceps and that's about it.
| |
What about shoulders, man?
| |
fucking hate doing deadlifts
| |
Lateral raises, front and rear delt raises. Otherwise chest, back and leg workouts can provide enough for a shoulder workout.
| |
just do military presses
| |
True, but I guess it depends on your fitness goals. I would do military presses as well.
| |
deadlifts are the best shit ever, wtf man
| |
Overrated exercise as a whole but I will do seated dumbell presses from time to time.
| |
Sometimes I get out of bed and get on the internet downstairs.
| |
yeah deadlifts are great for you but i still hate doing em
| |
Not just that, the feeling is fucking amazing.
| |
Military Presses rule, man. I prefer dumbbell presses, but barbell rules as well.
| |
afterward yeah
