Hah, I love Drawing The Line. It gets me pumped man. Only song I don't like on Incident is Time Flies, only because it doesn't sound or feel like Porcupine Tree, it feels like Blackfield or solo Wilson. It sticks out hard. Second disk of The Incident is the jams though

I enjoyed Deadwing slightly more than this one, both great but not mind-blowing. Will definitely have to inspect further at the very least.
The dude's voice can be a little off-putting at times though, it's not annoying as such, just has very little personality.
