Flammer's composition is praiseworthy, but land of the Death is still my favorite. This is overall their most creative album. I'm liking it more than Stronghold.

you know what's lousy about summoning? the goddamn price inflation on their records. i had stronghold, nightshade forests, and the boxset, all for cheap when i was in europe, and now they're all like $100+ a pop

Well they don't tour and most of their other side projects produce similar income so i think it's somewhat justified. Plus they produce some quality music. But yeah $100 is still very expensive

it's not their pricing; the albums initially released around 15-20 euros, were sucked up by flippers, and now float in the trade serum at crazy inflated prices
other albums are like that too. i bought to mega therion for 10 euros in france in 2011, now the lowest price is 150 euros
