Upon first listen, I am enjoying the shit out of this. I liked Macabre Eternal, but this one just seems more concise and put together in many ways. There's so many evil melodies and guitar parts that remind me of old school horror movies of the 80s. Plus, that album cover fits the music and album perfectly.

It's not a blow out, but it's still pretty great. Rierferts vocals could have been way better

It's definitely not a classic, but it is excellent. I like his vocals on this. I mean, they are always disgusting, but I don't know, I am hearing the same gruesome vocals.

I can definitely hear that. Nothing wrong with King Fowley though. I mean, Fearless Undead Machines is one of my favorites. But what you are saying is you feel like he lost a little bit of his own identity vocally, right?
