I felt like the mix was really high end, and the drums were fairly quiet. Musicianship was quality, but the mix just threw me a curve-ball.

Uncharacteristically slow, so it stands out in that regard since Bodom rarely does slow songs, yet it fits in so well.

A true return to form after the dull and disappointing RRF, this is old-school CoB with a modern feel to it, Alexis songwriting pen hasn't been this sharp since Hate crew deathroll...amazing mucisianship, great solos, myriad of memorable riffs and moments. Stand-out songs for me are Waste of skin, scream for silence, bodom blue moon and your days are numbered, although all the songs are amazing...

Says only one song is good, gives album a 3 I didn't say the whole album was bad. It's between average and good, but I was just a little disappointed again because this band is capable of so much more and for years now they've been falling short of their full potential.

Just picked this up on vinyl in my local record store for 5 pounds, been on a bodom binge recently but havent heard anything since bloodrunk (which was awful) so somewhat apprehensive about this. But i thought for a fiver its worth a look
