De Futura is more spacey and keyboard focused. This is greater in terms of composition. The album is more like a long suite (opera), instead of individual tracks.
It also offers some of the most chilling and epic vocals in rock music.

The debut is amazing, though it's more like Zappa and Jazz rock than the other albums. So it might not be for everyone.
