Best female vocal performance ever? I think so. It's the aural equivalent of the perfect hate-fuck.

It might be. Imagine if that song wouldve actually made Rumours like it was supposed to wouldve been the best album ever

Rumours is already up there, but Silver Springs would've made it impossible to argue. I respect Buckingham, but he shoulda manned up and kept the song on the album.

well in fairness to him right around that time Stevie had her legs up in the air for anyone with a cock I mean imagine how shitty it would be to go from drilling Stevie on a daily basis to not. And then watching her slay a bunch of roadies in a coked up fuck binge and all at the same time writing songs blasting you I mean it might have been a rough time for old Lindsay

ONe thing Ill say for Lindsey the live version of Big Love where its just him fucking destroying an acoustic is one of the best music moments ever

Well he managed to slip in a solid punch with 'Go Your Own Way', it only seems fair. And Stevie was right to go ballistic. That song is IMO her pièce de résistance.

But I should probably be more sympathetic to Lindsey. I can relate to him.

The videos of FM I've seen post break-ups and pre-Lindsey's coke fiendishness showing are some of the most intense live performances I've ever seen. Buckingham and Nicks just staring daggers at each other all through songs and you not knowing if they're going to stab each other or start fucking on stage.

I think Stevie and Christine McVie had some epic Dyke out sessions

Ha! I dunno man. Christine seems like too much of a "good girl". Then again, still waters run deep. And that Buckingham video is epic. He can emote like nobody's business.

last post then crashing. Yeah man that Buckingham video rapes. I watched a documentary on Rumours there was one point where Stevie and Christine roomed together during the recording sessions. Christine was divorcing John McVie and Stevie was breaking up wth Lindsey, you know shit went down.

Yeah, apparently he perfected his fingerstyle while laid up in bed one summer with some illness. Stevie worked a diner all day, working for her man she brought home the pay... HOLY CRAP! Livin' on a Prayer is about Buckingham Nicks!
