Why does it always seem to go that I’m never really into an artist when they come through my city, then get a renewed interest in them and listen to them exclusively for a while...actually I guess that goes to show that the shows are good anyway

When I first heard this I was a bit underwhelmed. Just seemed like another IDM album, but it reveals itself so well over time and the piano parts he adds sparsely are implemented perfectly.

dammit, there really is something special about this record. Collider, OES, FBF - so many greats here. Does anybody know similar albums that capture the synthy ambience and jagged percussion here?
