People seem to be pretty indifferent towards this but I think it’s stunning. Transcendent, Beautiful and stunning. Mission Sunset and Antarctic Handshake are masterpiece songs. I know the songs go on for a bit but in my mind, the lengths are just right.



Really hoping we get more Palms. People tend to say this is Chino’s weakest side band, but it’s the strongest in my eyes. And I love Crosses and Team Sleep.



In fact I’ve been lucky enough to see Crosses and Palms. Palms when they opened for System of a Down at the Hollywood Bowl. They played the entire album and it was amazing. Crosses at the Roxy on Sunset. Was right up front and got a high five from Chino.

Yup I’m doubtful it’ll happen again. But it’s definitely one of the perks of living in LA. No shortage of shows.



I remember Palms posting something on their Instagram months back that hinted they would make more music. No idea about Crosses. I know Deftones are writing a new album now so might be awhile.
