and he is pretending tupik because it wasn't his style before, but he's hoping on now that it's becoming popular
that isn't to say he isn't doing an alright job producing, he has really stepped that game up (obviously due in part to money influx + associating with the right people, but still, credit is due)

Rapping style is very much different on Main Attrakionz though. Atmosphere is a bit more dreamy on this one I'd say (not
on all the songs though), with 808s & DGII being more cloudy (dunno if that makes any sense at all).
About the same quality I'd say, Main Attrakionz is definitely more representative of cloud rap though.

the styles are very different but i think the cloudy atmospheric style of hip hop is getting popular, and people like mac are trying to take from it
so instead of listening to more of a pop artist taking influence from others, just listen to the others, because they are ultimately more original and doing it better

I find this statement funny because every time I show my mainstream-obsessed friends some of the underground/alternative hip hop i find like main attrakionz they never like it.
