Black & White was miserable. Pioneer was eye opening for me. This band has a completely new sound that Black & White. Consider it a completely different band if that's what's keeping you from checking Forever Halloween out.

Black & White made me stop being a fan of this band. Imho it was THAT bad :P but I love when bands drop their labels and change their sound, so I decided to give them a second chance... and for what it's worth, thank GOD they don't sound anything like the Wonder Years.

Am I the only one who liked Black & White? Really thought it was an improvement over their debut at least.

I liked it too, Inside of You, Growing Up and Saving Grace, good tunes

but I'm glad they are independent and free now it has an obvious impact in their music pioneer was great and so far this is good too

A 4.0 for a Maine record's pretty good I guess. Their last album was definitely an improvement. Gonna check this out.
