Finally got around to listening to this a few days ago, and it just keeps growing on me.

I was trying to clean my 5's up a little bit. Both albums are amazing, but I was starting to second guess whether or not they were 5 worthy so I bumped them down.

I've only recently started exploring black metal (heavily), and this is a pretty good starting point, especially if you like the post-rock tendencies.

I mean this is a good place to start, but I feel like listening to stuff like this won't ease you into the classic albums of the genre. Something like Bergtatt would probably be a better album to get you into things such as In the Nightside Eclipse, Hvis Lyset Tar Oss, De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, etc.
