Uncle Meat is great, but a bad starting point. Absolutely Free is also great, but One Size Fits
All is better so start there.
People who don't actually like Zappa tend to rec Hot Rats... so ignore those people even
though Hot Rats is amazing.

I'm saying that starting with Hot Rats does that, not listening to it in general.
Absolutely Free is a good starting point, but I prefer One Size Fits All sooooo I prefer to rec that.

funny, i finished jamming my copy of this only to go to Station to Station
and Hot Rats and this were my first Zappa/Mothers LP, respectively. as i said, they didn't give me the wrong
impression.
