Awww, mine says it has only a CD I hope there's some cool artwork with this digibook though and not just a heavy cardboard cover and a CD. (It was a choice between Mars Volta - Amputechture and this, so I don't want it to be disappointing lol).
Curious to hear the new album, I hope it's closer to their debut, but more expansive like their latest stuff.

this band has improved lyrically too
the lyrics on 'everyday combat' were shocking, i cant even listen to the damn track
and i agree, the style of ST and scope of Octopus would be perfect

yes, hope they go back to more octopussy stuff but this thing grew on me a lot after initially being underwhelming

The ideas they started exploring here are tucking fantastic though, especially on Matmos and the t/t. The whole spacey post-rock thing they've got going on could really benefit Mystoria if they combine it with the rest of their sound
Lyrics on Matmos are awesome, but they've always had some good lyrics, maybe not on Everyday Combat tho. That EP could do with a remaster

November I think
They released a tshirt with a Mystoria logo on... since it's Amplifier it was no surprise the logo sucks

I'm really hoping for some kinda awesome MASSIVE SPACEY PICTURE OF THE COSMOS for the Mystoria artwork to
embrace the space (rock) instead of just white on black or whatever boring stuff their other artworks have. Apart from Eternity
which is pretty cool
2.5 tho isn't that a lil bit low? ):

Realised how disjointed my review was, gave it some rewrites. I'd massively undervalued Matmos.

Damn, this album could have been their best with a few more ideas. Every song has an awesome foundation. If only they'd make another album like this
